PROJECT OVERVIEW
I, the applicant, verify that I have completed the following items in order to be considered for the City of Cleburne Downtown Building Rehabilitation Matching Incentive Program. I understand that the reimbursement will not be processed if all items below are not met.
Two cost proposals for each phase of improvement. Example: two for plumbing, two proposals for electrical work, two proposals for abatement, etc.*

One of the cost proposals for each improvement is from a business within the City limits of Cleburne, when applicable. If a Cleburne business is not available for an improvement, a written explanation needs to be provided.*

I acknowledge that I understand the terms of the City of Cleburne Downtown Building Rehabilitation Matching Incentive Program, and it is my intent to meet the specified terms of this application if approved (50% of the project cost/maximum of $25,000 I understand further that this project is approved for reimbursement only in strict accordance with the approved plans that are attached to this application and hereby made part of this agreement. I further understand that change orders on the work in progress require approval by the Cleburne City Council and that failure to comply with this agreement may jeopardize receipt of reimbursement funds.
