City of Cleburne Residential Service Agreement

The meter is the property of the City. Only City personnel are allowed to turn the water off or on at the meter. The City of Cleburne is responsible for protecting the drinking water supply from contamination or pollution. The purpose of this service agreement is to notify each customer of the restrictions which are in place to provide this protection. City of Cleburne, Ordinance No. 51.001-51.004.

A minimum deposit of $75 plus a $10 service fee is required before starting water service. The deposit is refundable after one calendar year (January through December) if no late payments are made or it will be applied to your final bill, whichever comes first.
