PROJECT OVERVIEW
I, the applicant, verify that I have completed the following items in order to be considered for the Cleburne Pride Home Improvement Incentive Program. I understand that the reimbursement will not be processed if all items below are not met.
Verification of current homeowners’ insurance coverage
Two written cost proposals for the project from licensed contractors: (1) One of the cost proposals from a business located within the City limits of Cleburne, when applicable. (2) If a Cleburne business is not available for an improvement a written explanation needs to be provided.
A 'Statement of Contractor’s Qualification’ form included with each project proposal for contractor who will perform the work.

Renderings or photos in combination with written description of the improvements to be made.
The City will verify homeownership through Central Appraisal District of Johnson County and verify current property taxes through Johnson County Tax Assessor.

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms and conditions of the Cleburne Pride Home Improvement Incentive Program, and it is my intent to meet the specified terms of this application if approved. I further understand that this project is approved for grant reimbursement only in strict accordance with the approved scope of work as outlined in this application and hereby made part of this agreement. I further understand that change orders on the work in progress require approval by the Cleburne City Council and that failure to comply with this agreement may jeopardize receipt of reimbursement funds.
